Notice 1: Most shows are not confirmed until at least four to ten weeks prior to the show date. Notice 2: Potomac Module Crew's setup times are sent by e-mail to club members by the PMC event coordinator.

Potomac Module Crew has participated in this show since 1999 along with Piedmont Railroaders, Prince William County Model Railroad Club and Boy Scout Troop 964. At times, various HO scale clubs have joined modules together to form one large layout at this event. At one event in the past, the approximate number of modules connected in one layout was around 100.
